Covid-19 Precautions
Our team and our customer's safety is of the utmost importance to us! While we are continuing to work during the Covid-19 virus to ensure we serve our customer's essential needs in appliance repair, we are also taking the following measures to help prevent the spread of Covid-19, as well as protect our team and our customers:
- We are asking customers if there is anyone sick in the home. If anyone is sick, or has recently been sick we are asking customers to reschedule until everyone is healthy
- We are asking customers to maintain a 6ft or more social distance
- We are monitoring our technician's temperatures for fevers every morning, anyone who has a fever, or other symptoms is not working
- We are calling when we are on our way, asking again if there is anyone sick in the home as well as reminding them of a 6ft or more social distance
- We are wearing a 6ft social distance lanyard upon arrival to remind of social distancing
- We are arriving wearing a mask, gloves, and booties
- We are avoiding all physical contact such as handshakes
- We are washing our hands upon arrival, as well as when leaving. If the customer is not comfortable allowing us to use their sink, we will use hand sanitizer instead
- We are wiping down our work area before and after
- We are asking for credit card payments rather than cash or check
